Our Mission
CIPECAM presents itself as a private organisation which aims to strengthen or facilitate the participation of local populations in issues relating to development through its support of decentralisation policy.
Our Vision
Our main priority is to work in favor of socio-economic mediation. This is within the framework of a mutually beneficial partnership between various international and national (local) investors supported by decentralised local authorities. It is therefore a strategy aimed at boosting the rich potential that could emerge from African solidarity oriented towards the implementation of a mutual guarantee mechanism between different social categories. This form of synergy offers itself as an effective solution to establish a climate of harmony as a guarantee of collective prosperity and which is reflected today by the pair of peace and development which serves as a compass for our actions.
Our Values
We are a cooperative society with a socio-economic vocation whose missions are based on a core of principles which promote: the strengthening of family and professional ties, the solidarity of people as an anti-dote against rampant tribalism in Africa, social inclusion and other values based on ethics and which at the same time require citizen commitment in the service of the general interest. This is why we tackle the most pressing problems in our society and place determination at the heart of our overall approach. We work on it every day with responsibility, honesty and love of neighbour in a pact of conscience which attaches us to this ideal which is the consecration of the primacy of the human over the material in order to maintain hope for a future radiant and lasting of the African peoples.
